Trainer Referral Partner Terms

1. Parties and optional participation

These terms govern the optional referral relationship between THE BLACK GOLF NETWORK LLC, operating THE BLACK GOLF CLUB (“we”), and the trainer or business named in the application (“you”). Applying does not activate the program. Participation begins only when we send written approval and confirm the referral tracking method. Directory inclusion alone does not enroll a business or authorize a fee.

2. Eligible services and your responsibilities

The program covers golf instruction and non-medical fitness, mobility and sports-performance training in Detroit and Atlanta, including their metro areas. You must be at least 18, authorized to represent the business, and supply accurate business information, service location, rates, booking link and relevant qualifications. You maintain any licenses, permissions and insurance required for your services. You control your availability, methods, pricing and acceptance of clients, and remain responsible for service delivery, client safety, required participant consents and your published cancellation and refund policies. We provide referrals, not training. Employment or contractor status is determined by applicable law and the actual relationship.

3. Commission: 10% of eligible paid services

You owe 10% of the service amount actually collected after discounts and refunds for each booking attributable to a documented referral from us. Taxes, tips, merchandise, separately itemized travel or facility charges, and payment-processing charges billed separately to the client are excluded. Your ordinary payment-processing costs do not reduce the service amount used for commission. There is no minimum commission or additional program fee.

4. Attribution and repeat bookings

Eligible referrals must use the agreed referral code or link, or a dated written introduction identifying THE BLACK GOLF CLUB as the source. The client must book within 30 calendar days of that referral. Existing clients you can document before our referral are excluded. A later booking made directly with you has no commission unless it is generated by a separate documented referral from us. There is no lifetime commission on a client. We resolve uncertain attribution with you before invoicing; a website view alone is not proof of a referral.

5. Completion, packages and refunds

Commission becomes due only after the service is delivered and payment is received. Canceled sessions, no-shows and cancellation fees do not earn commission. For a prepaid package, commission accrues proportionally as eligible sessions are delivered. Refunds and chargebacks reduce the eligible amount; if commission was already paid, we credit the next invoice or refund the adjustment when no further invoice is expected.

6. Monthly reporting and invoices

By the fifth calendar day of each month, provide the previous month's referral reference, booking/service date, completion status, service amount collected and any refunds. Use a booking or referral ID; do not send payment-card information, health records or unnecessary client details. We send an itemized invoice, payable within 15 calendar days of receipt. Report a disputed item within that period; undisputed amounts remain payable and disputed items are reviewed before collection. We do not debit accounts or split customer payments automatically.

7. Client data and marketing

Only share client contact details when the client has permitted the introduction. Use referral information to respond to the requested service and manage that booking. Separate permission is required for unrelated marketing. Our Privacy Policy applies to application information. Marketing consent is optional and is not required to join.

8. Fair promotion and truthful claims

We may use the business name, submitted service description and public business contact details to identify approved partners and promote their services. You retain ownership of your materials and grant permission for their use for this program while enrolled. Do not submit material you lack permission to use. Referral relationships will be disclosed when relevant. Neither party may claim guaranteed income, bookings, results, certifications, endorsements or partnerships that are not supported. Participation is non-exclusive.

9. Ending participation and changes

Either party may end participation by email to the other's program contact, effective when received. No new referrals will be commissioned after termination. Eligible bookings made before termination remain subject to these terms when completed and paid, including refund adjustments. We may pause new referrals while investigating inaccurate information, safety concerns or unpaid undisputed invoices. A change to the commission rate requires your affirmative acceptance before it applies to new referrals; changes do not apply retroactively.

10. Acceptance and contact

By checking the required agreement box and submitting your application, you affirm that you have read and accepted this version and are authorized to do so for the named business. Your typed name, business, email, acceptance date, agreement checkbox and terms version are included with the submitted application. Keep a copy of these terms.
